We do our best to stick with our itineraries but due to a variety of possible circumstances including weather, road closures, and natural disasters a trip may be rerouted to another of our itineraries or an altered version of the booked itinerary. We do our best to reroute to an itinerary that has similar features to the booked trip. The trip cost will not change.

If we are unable to reroute a trip due to circumstances outside of our control and must cancel the trip entirely, we will offer trip credit to guests.

HYOH Guiding Co. staff reserve the right to reroute or end a trip at any time they deem necessary to ensure safety of guests and/or staff and to remain in compliance with the Commercial Use Authorization and Special Use Permits that HYOH holds with the Olympic National Forest and Olympic National Park.
