Cancellations and Refunds
Scheduling in advance is very important for our business to stay afloat and our refund policies reflect this. We understand things come up and guests may need to cancel a trip. Due to the time and costs required to prepare for a booked trip, the earlier that a trip is canceled, the better.
We highly recommend that guests purchase trip insurance so that they are also taken care of in the unfortunate case that they are unable to make their trip!
Day Hikes:
If guests cancel a trip 60 or more days before the trip start date, they are eligible to receive a full refund minus a $40 per person booking fee.
Within 60 days of the trip start date, the trip cost is nonrefundable.
If you have booked a trip and need to cancel after the refund window – please call us and we will work with you directly – we adjust our policy as much as we can.
Multi-day:
Guests who cancel 60 or more days before the trip start date, are eligible to receive a full refund minus the $200 per person deposit.
Guests who cancel between 14 and 60 days prior to the trip start date are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the total trip cost.
Cancellations Within 14 days of the trip start date are non-refundable as it is unlikely we will be able to book another trip for these dates with such short notice.
